1.Introductory provisions

These terms govern the relationship between Feight (the “provider”) and users of our services (the “client”). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2.Description of services

Feight provides artificial intelligence consulting services, including:

• Strategic AI audits

• Implementation of AI solutions

• Consulting and training

• Optimization of business processes using AI

3.Ordering services

Services may be ordered through the contact form on our website, by email or by telephone. After receiving an order, we will send confirmation and details of the next steps.

4.Prices and payment terms

Our service prices are set individually based on the scope and complexity of the project. A specific quotation will be provided after the initial consultation. Payment is made against an invoice due within 14 days.

5.Provider rights and obligations

The provider undertakes to:

• Provide services in the agreed scope and quality

• Meet agreed deadlines

• Protect the client’s confidential information

• Inform the client about the progress of work

6.Client rights and obligations

The client undertakes to:

• Provide the necessary cooperation and information

• Pay the agreed price for services

• Respect the provider’s intellectual property

• Not use the services for illegal purposes

7.Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep confidential all information obtained during the cooperation. This obligation continues after the contractual relationship ends.

8.Liability

The provider is not liable for damage caused by the client’s incorrect use of the provided services or recommendations. The maximum compensation is limited to the price paid for the services.

9.Termination

Either party may terminate the cooperation in writing with 30 days’ notice. In the event of a serious breach of the terms, the cooperation may be terminated immediately.

10.Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. The provider reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
